Epistemic Misattribution

The mechanism by which wrong attribution installs wrong causal models, generating wrong questions that structurally foreclose the correction. Not a fairness problem — an intelligence problem. When the wrong name is on the door, you can't formulate the questions that would reveal the error. Introduced in W19 as the upstream failure that W18's persistence mechanisms depend on
